Yes! All of our content is captured on iPhone 12's or higher. This allows our content to be truly authentic and social media ready. We use bluetooth microphones, gimbals and tripods where needed and all content is transferred to you via a Google drive in the best quality format for social media. 

We include 1 or 2 edited social media ready Reels/TikToks depending on which package you choose. The rest of the footage you will receive will be raw footage (unedited). If you would like more than 2 edited Reels, please let us know and we can get our editors to put together more edited clips for an extra fee. 

We arrive when you tell us to! If you'd like some behind the scenes footage before the event starts, just let us know and we'll arrive when you say! 

For most standard events, we send one content creator. If the events are extravagant or require bulk footage, we can arrange to have 2 creators at the event for an extra fee. Please email us at [email protected] if you require multiple creators to capture your event. 

Nope! We can create any kind of content you need. All of our creators are trained in UGC (user generated content) so can provide that service as a once off or monthly service. You can either send your products to us or we can can attend your store or studio in person to capture the content you need. We also provide content services for locations such as Airbnbs, realestate, resorts and more! If our standard packages don't suit you, please email us and we can tailor one to suit your needs. 

Yes! All of our creators are contractors and have their own liability insurance. If your event involves children, please let us know and we can send our creators that have working with children's checks for your peace of mind.
